The second game on Saturday, September 7 will be a true test for both teams! This will be the first time for both Perry and Granite Hills to experience why The Honor Bowl is ‘more than just a football game!’

Perry Head Coach Joseph Ortiz loved the idea when approached to experience The Honor Bowl. He was aware of so many other Arizona teams that have traveled to San Diego and he wanted his Pumas to be part of the 2024 event! Senior QB Diesel Taylor should have another explosive season – in ’23 Taylor passed for 2296 yards and 29 TDs and rushed for 2 more. Senior WR Hayden Moon brought in 476 receiving yards with 5 TDs!  Senior OLB Jackson Sands and Senior MLB Nate Lauritzen jr will continue their defensive stops! Perry HS is so proud that 49er QB Brock Purdy is a Pride Graduate but wants to prove they are more than just that fact!

Come out to The SoCal Honor Bowl to watch two teams that get it and want to support the mission of The Honor Bowl.
